led design of the partnership program portal, collaborating with the business development team to create solutions, reducing developers time by 80% (1 week vs 1 month delivery).
Designed new Web3 authentication and domain purchase flow, simplifying it for current users and new ones, achieving 87% task completion (up from 62%).
Joined as the 2nd designer and grew with the team to 10 designers; designed the product foundations, design system, and research practice for a brand-new product category.
